People around the world have practiced yoga for over 5,000 years, connecting breath, body, and mind.  Yoga was created with multiple modifications for every pose, therefore designed for EVERY PERSON to reach their personal needs and goals.  Yoga is practiced with children, geriatrics, families, athletes, and helps those with any kind of acute, chronic, and/or mental emotional pain or condition.  The medical community uses yoga for physical and occupational therapy, to strengthen body and mind.  A daily practice with yoga will help fight fatigue, and relax the body and continually running mind.  Yoga can help bring light to all the positive and beautiful things currently in your life, and shine that light to a healthy fruitful future.

Personal Lessons

Personal lessons are welcome for small groups or one on one lessons.  First I will perform a physical assessment, and then discuss your person imbalances and goals.  From then on every private lesson will be directed to help you balance the body and mind while creating an environment for personal and physical growth.

Asana Flows

Come to class to experience poses and alignment with connection of breath to movement. This class is great for  strengthening of muscles and mind, and to stretch tight areas of tension in the body.  These classes are great for all ages and fitness levels.  Some classes are heated, and those classes will be marked as such on the calendar.

Slow down body and mind with Yin, allowing your body to relax and stretch with slow breathing in a meditative surrounding.
